GO TO THE MOUNTAINS WITH " Bukwica-Dolina Miłości" (26-28 AUGUST)

Our adventure began on Monday, August 26. Monika picked me up at my apartment and we went to Bukwica to wait for the bus. I was really nervous because there were many people I did not know, more than forty children watching me suspicious ... and besides, hardly anyone can speak English ... I said to myself: "I think it was not a good idea to accept the invitation ..." But in the end, quite the opposite. The children approached me curious and  I think I look nice to them! No doubt,  these kids are great!

Our trip through the southwest of Poland (Gory Stołowe) began in underground passageways belonging to war. I have to know more, because I did not understand anything, because the guide obviously spoke in Polish. I leave photos for you to see. Then we visited Park Narodowy, where the scenery is spectacular and where there is a very curious and amazing rock formations.

(I have to tell you that the kids here are very polite. At mealtime, from the youngest to the oldest, picked up their plates and ate very neatly. Also, always call to adults with the word sir or madam (pan / pani + name). Really, I'm learning a lot from them.)

In the afternoon, free time, dinner and disco! It was a great day and  I was pleased to see that the kids wanted to be with me. I also thank  to Monika and the rest of the team who behaved wonderfully with me.

The second day, early in the morning, we visited a cathedral or "Santuarium" as it is called. Really majestic! You can see in the pictures! Also we visit Kudowa-Czermna, a skull chapel from 18th century. I have no pictures, because it was not allowed, but I bought a postcard so you could see how amazing this construction. Also, we were in a city near where we were staying in a huge and beautiful park. There are purifying water fountain, the kind that smells and tastes terrible for its concentration of sulfur and other minerals.

That night we prepared a bonfire and we were dancing. Also, visited us the head (Grzegorz) and we were very comfortable all!.

The third and last day we visited the Cave of the Bears, beautiful coves where there is formation of stalactites and stalagmites, and bats!. But how cold it was! And finally visited the gold mines, very funny and interesting!

It was an amazing experience! Thanks to "Dolina Miłości"  for this opportunity and thank you for making me feel like one more in the group!
